For anyone with an
interest in architecture, the Cotswolds has an enormous amount to offer.
First and foremost is Cotswold vernacular architecture traditional
cottages, barns, farmhouses, and manor houses - all built in the golden
limestone for which this area is famous.
Apart from the limestone there are many other details to look
for, whether a charmingly carved window frame or an exceptionally
well-cut piece of stone but above all, it is the organic, unspoilt
nature of these villages that gives them their particular charm.

Some of England¹s
finest churches are here in Cotswolds. There are too many to list but
among the most interesting are those built by wealthy medieval wool
merchants (wool churches). The largest parish church in England is here.
So too, is one of Europe¹s greatest cathedrals, not to mention
Europe¹s largest Norman tower.
By contrast there is the complete Georgian town of Bath, Regency
Cheltenham, a country house built in Mughal style and much else. Please

organise for you in the Cotswolds.
